For somehow reason i cant relearn batton pass from move relearners to my umbreon

It is because umbreon cannot learn baton pass via tutor, egg move, or level up. To get baton pass on an umbreon you must learn the move baton pass while it is an eevee before you evovle it. Unfortunately there is not a way to learn moves from pre evelutions after you evolve a pokemon. But happy battling!

Hello EnragedPony, like SugarRed9 said, unfortunatly Umbreon is not able to learn Batton Pass in this game, the only way to get it with it would be teaching it while he is still a Eevee.
