Alright, I've checked your account and there are no bans listed for red, blue or yellow. Also, it seems rather strange to me that you say you turn your modems off and on so much, but it still says banned. What country are you from, if I may ask? (This question actually will help me narrow down some of the issues.)

Further Update.

 

I just had another user login through my details, and he could log in...

 

So I tried forcibly changing my ip to a different static ip address, didn't work, and then changed it back, and it still didn't work.

 

I'm out of ideas...

I'm Australian,

 

and the reason I turn my modem off/on so much is, I dont use a standard to the house modem. I'm using internet from a 'pocketwifi' little extra modem which comes in tandem with a phone in the same plan, using 4G. So I don't always have it turned on.
