how much ivs needed for exchange the party hat? I got 167 ivs can the reward list didn't appear Christmas pack which is party hat :etc:

You need 155 to get the final tier, but it can have an fossils or a silver disk as well as the Christmas cracker. So if you see old amber or something as the reward that's what you got from that prize pool instead.

i managed to get a yellow party hat last night, from a 161 iv pokemon. Just keep trying for 155+ and you should be able to get one goodluck

damn sad..I got 167 ivs so hard with wasted 500+ pokeballs but get silver disc

does it count if i catch a poke for a daily quest from another region? :) or i have to stay in kanto for all the pokes?

I think as long as it has your OT and was caught after you started the daily quest, it should be fine.
