Each NPC beaten: 50 xp

Each Boss beaten: 300 xp

lvl up a pokemon lvl 100: 200 xp

each quest done: 200 xp

battle against a wild pokemon: 10 xp ( we have a problem here, cuz we know there MANY bots in PRO, unfortunately.)

A shiny pokemon caught : 500 xp

I like a new system use experience (It ranges all players at the same time by experience, ranks,..)
