AFAIK there was no new NPC added recently so either a new mission - linked to playtime most likely - has been opened, or it has to do something with the recent rush event. Maybe Red accidentally deleted a ; when the event was over or something :Crazy:

Given the fact that its a beta, these kind of problems may occur every now and then. Nothing shabby tho, they will occur and will be fixed.
