I captured an epic Happiny and just leaving it level 100 as Chansey, please someone help me make it as blissey :(

Chansey evolve by happiness, so keep winning.

Make sure its happiness is 255 (/happy #), then fight a wild pokemon with chansey. The evolve menu should pop up.
