Can someone please answer me where I can find the Up-Grade item to evolve Porygon? I haven't got a clear answer so far, I tried the daily quest in Celadon with 131 IV poke and didn't find it there either.

well each player gets 1 disk, if u want more then you can try ur luck at celadon daily quest.

 

Better go and buy an upgrade from someone lol

Hello ShadowForce, the way to find the Up-Grade item is from doing the Celadon Quest like you are doing right now, its reward is one betwin the rewards presented there. Keep trying and sooner or later it will appear.
