I haven't got a clear answer so far, I tried the daily quest in Celadon with 131 IV poke and didn't find it there either. And how can we find Silver Disc? :confused: You are not talking about the first Porygon in Ciannabar, right? well each player gets 1 disk, if u want more then you can try ur luck at celadon daily quest. Hello ShadowForce, the way to find the Up-Grade item is from doing the Celadon Quest like you are doing right now, its reward is one betwin the rewards presented there. Keep trying and sooner or later it will appear.
