Hamall
Hey guys I was wondering what the cheapest option for playing PRO on a handheld device would be. I was checking out the Fire Tablet from Amazon but it only has 1GB ram and is still $50.. kinda pricey (I mean.. I just want to use it for PRO) and still doesn't have that 1.5gb recommended RAM. Plus is it easy to root? I think you have to root for easy installation right? Plus kinda big.. Unfortunantly this seems like the best option.. but it's $215... lol amazon(dot)com/dp/B01B4DH2QQ (can't post links) Would a PSVita or DSTWO flashcard on 3DS have any chance of running it somehow? What do you guys recommend? Thanks!

Hamall
Thanks for the link! It looks like the Amazon Fire will be the cheapest way to go, more specifically the Fire HD 8 @ $90 comes with 1.5gb ram. Pretty pricey for just PRO.. but.. I dunno.. I love this game so far!! ign(dot)com/articles/2014/06/20/sony-has-just-made-it-easier-to-port-mobile-games-to-playstation-vita-tv Released as a public preview earlier this year, Unity for PlayStation Mobile allows for developers to easily port their titles created for the iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, while also providing tools to easily create games that utilize the PlayStation Vita's dual-analog sticks and rear touchpad. As part of the PlayStation Mobile program, creators are able to distribute their games through the PlayStation Store. Best of all, developers that are part of the PSM Developer Program can publish their games to the PlayStation Store free of charge, and this version of PlayStation Mobile works with both the free version of Unity as well as Unity Pro.[/quote2] omg.. is that something we can do with the android client for PRO or is it Developer only? like source-code needed to port over? but omg.. I would LOVE to play PRO on my VITA!! please! lol

I would LOVE to play PRO on my VITA!! please! lol It says "developer" at least 4 times for a reason. Only Shane can make such decision, anybody else trying this would probably violate the "Editing the PRO Game/Client is prohibited" rule Besides, the option for controller on PC doesn't work, so I don't know how it would go on a PS Vita. :p You probably have a smartphone though, isn't it enough to run the game if not on PC? Unless you still have one of the first samsung galaxy which came out, ever, like me, even unable to run a sound-only game (no joke, there was a game like that and I couldn't download it xD) Anyway, I don't think buying a device for one game is a good thing, tablet or PS4 (R.I.P. Red Dead Redemption 2 for me, it's not worth a brand new console alone. :< ) Why are you looking for a tablet by the way? Aren't you able to play on your PC ? Hamall
yeah true. I was lookin at "developer" keyterm. like nah no way.. haha worth a shot tho but yeah I was comparing sizes of the $200+ 3ds Look-a-like I linked earlier and a 8' tablet w/ side controllers.. then it suddenly occurred to me.. teamviewer/splashtop + iphone + ps4 controller + mount = gg I already play on the PC with my PS4 controller and the only reason I can't use my phone is because it's an iPhone 6, sold my samsung s4 a year ago. BUT I can just use my PS4 controller, PRO on PC and teamviewer/splashtop on my iPhone to make this work!! All I need is this little guy! amazon[glow=red](dot)[/glow]com/dp/B00UCS44ZW (again sorry, can't post links) $10 prime 2day!!! even cheaper on ebay for $4 but shipping times eh. For anybody else thinking about getting a whole new setup for handheld, I hope this solution will work for you too! (may not work over network, but local lan play is excellent) also, I just love playing pokemon on handhelds.. that's all xD kinda that nostalgia feeling P.S. controller does work, gotta map WASD to left stick and NOT set "enable controller" in settings but instead just bind keys instead, like I used F1-F6 and assigned those to my ps4 controller through DS4Windows P.P.S. Cheaper $7 option, no reviews tho, I'll be first :P --- $4 1-day shipping = 10.89, 90 cents more than $10 version but faster for those inpatient ppl like me XD amazon[glow=red](dot)[/glow]com/gp/product/B01MQ0BGOL (again sorry, can't post links)
