311519 there should have been an option for admins and stuff to enable them to log out a player,i don't know how this can be done,but i suppose they have a kind of list to see every online player

They already tried to kick and/or ban the account stuck in the matrix, but nothing worked except a whole server reboot.

 

So yeah, patience and not logging out barbarically (always use Options > Log Out) are important things. ^-^

actually i had tha same issue last night.i lost internet connection for a momment,i was kicked from pro and then i had the already logged in issue.i just tried to loggin and it worked after 2-3 tries

i pressed esc and then clicked on log out, don't know why i got "user already logged in"
