Sadly, this can happen when you aren't logged out correctly. You will need to wait for another server reboot for you to play again. You can always try restarting your client as, in rare cases, that has fixed it for some. You can keep an eye on the server's status here.

In some cases resetting your password can help you log back in. It's worked for a few of my guildmates.

18 hours without a server reset and still "already logged in"....

there should have been an option for admins and stuff to enable them to log out a player,i don't know how this can be done,but i suppose they have a kind of list to see every online player
