Sadly, there isn't much that you can do and staff wont restart the server for individual cases. If you haven't already (I assume you have though), try restarting your client as, in rare cases, this will fix it for some people. Just keep an eye on the server status checker to see when you can log in again.

Hello Reexz, I am sorry that happened to you, but server reboots aren't planned so there isn't a exact schedule for it at the moment and we can't kick accounts out of the server (already tested many times, even as a 1 second ban). I hope the seller can understand the delay of the daycare.

Also, to prevent this from happening again use "Settings-Log Out" since it will force the account out of the server and not letting this issue to happen.
