Make sure that you install the correct version for your PC (64-bit for a 64-bit PC). If you are still getting this issue then update your drivers with Driver Booster. Make sure all previous versions of PRO are uninstalled too. You can use CCleaner to clear up any leftover files. Try to update your drivers and Directx like JollyolNathan said, and delete all the folders containing PRO's clients (including from the trashbin), then redownload the new client.
