Help me, i can´t go to sky pillar

I was about to face rayquaza in hoenn. I decided to go back to the safari for some pokemon to help me, and now that I want to return to the pillar, i can't pass by either side. I miss the last hoenn medal :Frown:

 

In Route 128 underwater: I have nothing else to do in there

 

In Slaterport City: The currents are too strong to go from this side

 

i have surf and dive

I don't understand your problem. Who is "the dog"? And "he will not let me pass through either side" who is he? Who is blocking you?

 

You have to surf to Sky Pillar from the east.

It's not a bug. You are at Slateport City, go left and up to Route 110, then to Mauville and from there, go to Lilicove just the way you did the first time and go to where Rayquaza is from there, right then down the ocean.
