As the title suggest I would like to know if Sigilyph in the game as of right now and if not will he be in the future ?

Hello ThePokeMaestro, unfortunatly like Amca said, that pokemon isn't avaiable in this moment. Maybe in the future it will be. If you have more questions about pokemosn that might be in the game you can check the spawn guides that Amca listed aswell.
