I tried linking my gyarados in private chat and every time I let go with my lmb it would not link and leave the gyarados thumbnail thing there. I don't know if it was lag something connection related but the server was down in about 2 minutes after this happened. Just posting to give a heads-up to the staff.

The Gyarados must be in your party in order to link it. Since the game recognizes it via [Poke1-6] (Your Party Pokemon), Pokemon in your boxes aren't available to link. This issue isn't caused by server lag :)

You can get rid of the Gyarados mosh-pit by restarting your client.

Hello Yindori, like JollyOlNathan said, you can remove this visual glitch by restarting the client.
