Part 1: Hoenn Fossil Study @ Ruins of Alph (...) Part 2: Ho-oh and Legendary Dogs Stone @ Bell Tower 1. Talk to the Scientist in Ecruteak City 2. Get into Bell Tower Basement and defeat all Sage (all LV65 ). 3. Go up and talk to 3 Legendary Dogs and let them go away. 4. Back to Scientist and go to get 3 Legendary Dogs’ seen data Location of Legendary Dogs Entei : Johto Safari (Mountain Zone) [With a poke can do rock smash] Raikou : Top of the Mt.
