Christmas Event Guide!

2nd Quest + Boss Guide!

Hello guys! As the 2nd quest line for the Christmas Event has been released, I thought I would make a guide for how to complete the new quest. And beat the boss!

2nd Quest Guide:

To start off the 2nd quest, make your way back to Santa who is located behind Viridian Gym like before. After talking with you he will give you two cosmetic items:

These are required to be worn when you are delivering the presents to the Empty Trees.

 

Once you collect the two cosmetic items, and put them on. You can start your journey to Pewter City where you'll find your first tree:

 

After interacting with the tree you'll be prompted with this dialogue-

 

After this dialogue is over, you are good to go to head to the other trees. Located in Celadon, Cerulean, and Saffron.

 

Cerulean-

(Left of Pokecenter)

 

Saffron-

(Right of Pokemart)

 

Celadon-

(Far left across the bridges.)

 

After delivering all the presents to each tree make your way back to Santa. He will give you these rewards for completing the quest:

 

After that you are elegible to go challenge the boss located at Mistpeak Valley. After you arrive in Mistpeak head up the stairs to the house, interact with the house door and kick it down. After that you'll see the boss.

Boss Location:

Boss Directions from Viridian Entrance:

Make your way through the Viridian Entrance to the left of the gym in Viridian. Continue on your way through Flake Wood until you end up at the Cryofrost Path split.

From here go right, away from the grass to your left. Go straight through all the way past the Costume Mart until you end up in Frost Valley. From there go North, until you get into Mistpeak Valley. From there continue up the stairs until you reach the house where the boss is.

Lvl=110

Glaceon Lvl 110 (Blizzard)(Barrior)(Mirror Coat)

Lapras Lvl 110 (Safeguard)(Hydropump)

Regice Lvl 110 (Zap Cannon)

Dragonite Lvl 110 (Hurricane) (Not H.a)

Charzard Lvl 110 (Flare Blitz)

Magnaton Lvl 110...... (Sturdy) (Zap Cannon)

Strat: Azumarill starts with bellydrum = Solo kill the first 3 than Weavile for Dragonite 1 icepunch, then the rest to take care of Charizard and Magnaton.
