I did the first part of the Christmas event, I did Normal I won the Santa set of good Interagi with all the trees none is showing that it is empty more and the santa sends to interact with the trees again

Can anyone help me with this pls ?

I can't find the green santas helper. I talked to him long time ago, but now i talked to other santas helper, that gimme the jog to talk with this green helper. Anyone can help me? I went in the north of frosty valley a hundred times but he never be there...
