Hi,

I've been getting a few client crashes this month since the update and i tried the "windows 10 crash fix" and it did not sadly work, here is the error report: (I do not know if the crash.dpm would be useful since i can not access it)

Hi there. This problem seems annoying and we will try to handle it. Try updating your graphics card driver and DirectX. Also fix the registry errors. It can be related internet problems that may occur from time to time when a file is downloaded. This is especially common with files that can be opened with WinRAR. If this doesn't help, download the game again. I believe that this problem won't happen again after this process. Please write your progressions here after the steps what is suggested.

My Graphic card is new and is able to run other bigger games just fine and my directX is the latest update. i re downloaded it again and that didn't help. I think it's just my internet messing up since when i play the other people in the house are using the internet at the same time. (it works late at night when the rest of the residents are asleep)

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

Before downloading the new client remember to delete all the previous ones in your device. Also make sure to restart the device in order to effectively implement those actions.

Ok I tried it and so far (hope it doesn't jinx) it has not crashed for a couple of hours, so i guessed it worked, thank you litten shamac
