It's a bug, u have to learn stun spore and the in the list you will see spore ;)

Hello belldandy, like Leaw said, you need to learn Stun Powder before being able to relearn Spore as shroomish. This is a glitch caused when there is 2 moves with a word in common, other example is: Healing Wish/ Wish.
