Hey buddy! Currently, only Pokemon 1 - 260 have their moveset updated to Gen 6. Everyone else has a gen 5 (b and w) moveset.

If you scroll to the bottom of this thread it pretty much says the same thing. So it's not a bug, it's correct since it was coded according to gen 4. Maybe It will get updated in the future! Hope it helps :)
