Also, this error usually wont last for more than 24 hours as the server is rebooted daily. If there was mass downtime (such as past occurrences) then staff may offer a few extra days compensation however for this issue, unfortunately that isnt the case. Guest lampshadejaz Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 That bug happened to me, and It took about 1.5 days for the server to crash/reboot. Hopefully it'll go soon for you as well. When I asked about it after 24 hours, I asked if they have a reboot schedule and they didn't answer the question. So I'm assuming no one on the forums knows or has any control over that. I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Also, as you agree when you joined the game, sometimes there is some errors in the system and we can't compensate for it unless its a error in mass quantity at once.
