Hey Tsureno, staff will not un-evolve your eevee. Stated in this thread under Non-Negotiable Issues: (I underlined a good tip.)

I am sorry but, like the other users said, we are unable in the time being to unevolve the pokemon. Also, since the nature of this topic has been solved I am going to lock the thread.
