your brother is experiencing a well known bug among the community. He has to wait until the server reboots (usually 1 to 2 days ). I am sorry.

Hi Chaffee,

Sorry for the inconvenience cause. The servers were offline for some time however are online again now so you should be able to connect.

In future, try checking this topic to try and find a solution to any issues you might encounter. The error you were experiencing was a ghost queue and is usually caused by server downtime or an excess of people joining the server at once. You can check each server's status here. Thanks and have fun playing.
