another one is dark pulse cannot be learned by blastoise.. this tutor is not broken but maybe bugged.. i have seen bulbapedia and it is written blastoise can learn dark pulse but by tm.. so maybe try to sort it out?

Tutor and TM moves are different things. Blastoise cannot learn Dark Pulse via a tutor, it needs the TM.
