I don't think so but just wanted to point out the fact that you need everything as seen data (honestly I have no clue, I had both caught before going for Jirachi because I thought it was a part of the requirements for Jirachi to have everything caught that was catch able (including the two legendaries)).

 

I think your are just missing the evolves as far as I can tell, right?

2. Yes, i have 140 hours in Hoenn.

3. My friend who captured Jirachi said that I do not need to have all Pokemon from 001-376.

3. You can't have them all but you need to have at least the seen data for all and ALL catch-able pokemon in these 3 regions. -> please screenshots of that
