release wrong pokemon

let my pokémon in unintentionally trash is to recover? i pass all day leveling and training her, is a level 100 scizor, The problem is that from the rage I closed the game and I left and did not take a photo of his id, please help If there is any way to recover it, I would appreciate it :Bored:

unfortunately they won't reinstate the lost pokemon if you don't have a screenshot of the release msg/pokemon ID. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey there orpheus. Sorry for the inconvenience, but since you do not have any screenshots from in-game of the pokemons ID, and/or the release message. We cannot retrieve the pokemon for you. Next time please be more careful! And always make sure to take screenshots of the release message, it could save you from a huge headache.
