-Shoal cave ice part(au nord de Mossdeep, dans la partie "Glace")

- Victory road of Hoenn

- Granite Cave 1F2

- Petalburg maze

- Sky pillar

- Arène de Mossdeep

- Route 124 underwater

- Route 123

- Devon corporation 3F

- Route 134

 

but i don't found this latios ...

Your post mention 9 places, while the Shaui's mentions 10. Can you check the place you didn't check please? From what I can see, there's no bug so far :)
