pinkan island is a new area that was released today, you need to be the hoenn champ + 250hours played to even do the quest to get there. I dont know if it will be here forever.

Hello! Welcome to PRO! I hope you enjoy your stay! and no, Pinkan Island will not stay forever (unless the PRO staff make it stay forever), it's an event island/location, and since it's an event, it'll only be in PRO in a period of time (1-3 months or so).
