please make sure to read this before you make a General Support thread -> READ THIS BEFORE MAKING GENERAL SUPPORT TOPIC!.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience but as stated in that post, this is a non-negotiable issue.

 

I would suggest that you always evolve your pokemon at around level 97.

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. As stated in this post:

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve pokemon, so any evolution is final. You will need to check and make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100.

I'm sorry about any inconveniences this may cause. It is recommended that in the future you evolve your Pokemon around level 97-98 to help avoid any unexpected issues in the future. That being said, I'll now be locking the thread, and I hope you have a great day! :)
