No, never give your account details away. Shaui might fix the problem if she teleports you back to the last pokecenter and if this doesn't help you need to try these solutions.

You need to reset your pro. it have done to me before i just delete my pro then Download it again. if that not work SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
