Hello JeReMCo,

please be careful, there are ways to avoid that in general.

Check before you drag to pokemon to release field
Check before you press ok

You also have to be patient because only admins (Daeon, Red, Thor and Shane) can reinstate your pokemon and all of them are pretty busy.

Edit: Red is OP..
