357813 I don't see Celebi on your account or Celebi with such ID. When it was released? Chances are, it was wiped when I delete released monsters as a part of maintenance to free up space.

 

How long ago did you release it ? the SS of it doesn't have the ID on the info card like it has for a while

The database for released pokemon gets periodically cleared to free up space

Since Red can't find the Celebi in the database it's likely you have waited to long to report it and so the Celebi can no longer recovered

Then unfortunately you've left it too long and your Celebi is no longer recoverable
