Unfortunately sometimes there can be a bit of a delay for the coins to get to your account. Also in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the coins to appear in your account after your purchase. Sorry about any inconveniences this may cause. If the coins do not appear on your account after 24 hours, could you please make a post in the Donation Issues sub-forum?
