you can't catch them anyway and they are some sort of "one-time" NPC's so you can fight them once, either you win or you lose, it is more about the dex entry data than the win. :)

i don't need the "beaten token" in order to do any quest? i afraid of that ;-;

No, you just need the dex entry for all three legendary birds for a the mew quest later but you don't have to defeat them :)

Hello Marshmallow and I am glad your question has been solved. In PRO only 3 legendaries are avaiable for capture (Mew, Celebi and Jirachi) and the rest of them are used only for dex entries, which will normally be a 1 time battle. With everything being solved I am going to lock the thread for you.
