For prevent cheating - potentional winners will need to give poke to one of leaders, so they make sure ID is really higher than start ID and after this procedure they get pokemon back. If there are 2 ppl who fight for 1 of 3 winning places and they both have same amount of points - they need to catch 1 more deino after event is over, the one with better deino take prize.
