Hi, I have this problem : when i'm logged in, I can see the menu, the chat box, the names of people, but only these, after this all on the screen is black... I have uninstalled and re installed the game and nothing has changed.. Thanks for your help

Hello Kelnozz and I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience. I have used a comand ingame to try to help with that glitch, but lets try to cover other steps in order to solve this situation, which you will be able to find here. You could also delete the temporary PRO file from your tempapp files in your device and after trying this steps, restart your device.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, even from the trashbin, before you Downloads( https://pokemonrevolution.net ) the new client.

Hello Shamac, thanks for your fast reply, I tried everything but nothing works unfortunately... I also went to the game's proprieties trying to run PRO with direct X 9 (before Windows 10 which is my windows actually) but it doesn't work, thanks for your help :)

 

edit : No one for a solution ?

I apologize for the inconveniences. I do have another possible solution that you can try. You should try to delete your temporary files for pro, empty your recycle bin, and then restart your device. After restarting your device, you should try opening up pro to see if the problem persists. Please try this out, and let me know how it works for you :)
