BUG: Riolu don't evolue

Hello, I can not evolve my Riolu since this morning, I know that it evolves gaining a level with happiness to max in the day, and despite having fulfilled all the conditions it did not evolve and the Here is now at level 100, is it possible that a Game Master can make me evolve?

happiness evolves work differently in PRO, you just need to defeat a wild pokemon and it will evolve. :)

 

I know this is not the case here but if it was another pokemon such as Pawniard LVL100 or something that doens't evolve by happiness, having certain moves,trading or stones this would apply here.

Pokemon cannot evolve at level 100 or evolved by mistake

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve pokemon so any evolution is final, nor can staff lower a pokemons level, so if it needs to level up to evolve and reaches level 100 there is nothing that can be done and it won't be able to. You will need to make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. (not including evolutions that need trade of evolutionary stones as these can be done at any level)

It's recommended to evolve pokemon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues
