So I hopped on and realized mine did two i had to remake my character and start all over again! Is there any way me or him can get it again? Is there anyway I transport my stuff to yellow because it is the main now? If not its okay I dont mind starting over. Unfortunately as said on the FAQ: Sadly, you will start fresh if you play on another server and your progress from a current one will not be transferred over. Both servers are chances for a user to pick different choices or try different game styles without any consequences. There is no way to transfer your pokemon/money to another server unfortunately. There are only a few differences between the servers; red is the oldest server, blue is in the middle and has the highest player count at the moment, and yellow is the newest. That being said, I am happy to hear that you were able to find your progress!
