<r><MENTION><s>[mention]</s>CowTippingMafia<e>[/mention]</e></MENTION>, Chikorita is a rule exception duo to the fact that it spawns with Foongus together; Foongus needed a nerf and it was the only rare tier pokemon in that area; I stand by the point that starter pokemon remain untouched (make them easier/repeltricks for them intentionally) but it's up to Red to decide that but he agreed that they should remain rare</r>

<r>trying the route 28 repel hunt for heracross that's listed at lvl 43 and found this after my 60th repel wore off at level 40 lol. <br/>

Heracross spawns from 38-44 <br/>

43-44 is what you are looking for since --> <br/>

Tangela spawns till 41<br/>

Natu spawns till 42<br/>

Donphan spawns till 42<br/>

and for more spawn till 40-43 <br/>

basically Heracross is two level above the levelranges in that area, hence why the Repeltrick only works for 43-44 but Heracross spawns from 38-42 as well; basically not one of the best repelspawns but it's a working one</r>
