Hello, I am contacting you again because a friend has a problem due to unwarranted banning of bots, since I started playing with the game and took almost the same hours (in a week about 20-30 Hours played) to me also had banned me for the same reason but when I contacted you I unclogged the account since there was no reason for banning, and wanted to know if you could review the case of my colleagues "Soombraz" and " Josechoo "none used any kind of external support to the game nor bots or anything like it has only been enough hours of game in a row but nothing more.

I also think that they won't discuss any of your friends bans with you, they have to write an appeal themselves; they can do that here > Discipline Appeals.
