the rates are fine, you are just super unlucky, I was pvping the whole day (actually I am still pvping) and couldn't find anything different in the par/flinch rates and I am running Togekiss myself o/ Sorry to inform you but you are wrong; everything is working as intended.

I am sorry that you have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately there were no changes made to freeze, paralysis, poison, and flinch last update. You can check the Downloads and Update logs post for more information on what exactly was changed last update. Unfortunately from time to time we all have bad luck, and I am sorry that you had to experience it in pvp. I will now be locking the thread, and I wish you the best of luck in your future battles :)
