I Don't know If This Is a Glitch/Bug Or Not Or If This Is just how It's Supposed To Be. Thanks for any help. Unfortunately after battling the Red boss he does not respawn. You just need to simply battle with him in order to claim the reward. I hope this helps clear up your confusion.
