Admit defeat and move on, end the match as soon as possible. If your opponent can't finish you in 10min, just disconnect and take the pvp cooldown time for dc'ing. So your problem isn't that you can't beat blissey, it's just so you need 20min to beat one when you're like 4 special attackers vs a single Blissey ?
