We couldn't find your Skarmory, and there could be a number of reasons for it.

 

a) Can it be that the ID that you provided is wrong?

b) Can it be that the Skarmory was released a long time ago? That will mean that it might have been permanently deleted as released Pokemon are periodically wiped from the server to free up space.
