Right now only "The Game Admins" can do something about it :/

 

I also did experience a problem with lvl100 poke not evolving but Admin Nikola took care of that and helped me evolve it :)

It was not possible to other staffs so, since you do not have the pkmn ID mods won't be able to help I suppose :(

I hope and pray that you will get your Excadrill back ^^
