just wait 5-10 minutes and try to log-in again, it will work and if not, just wait another 5 minutes and re-try until you can log-in.

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. This is an issue that occurs from time to time when you log out without using the logout button from the menu. As PreHax has said above, you just simply need to wait for five minutes and then you will be able to log in again. Since this solves your issue and your question, I will now lock the thread.
