Hello [mention]Scisor32[/mention] unfortunatly, that is not a PRO located issue (it's Paypal Error) and we can't really support you in that matter. I will post here the Paypal FAQ to help you in the meanwhile. I will also be paying attention if anyone else has the same issue to see if some solution might appear aswell.
