Hey there,

 

I have unfortunately made a mistake (Choose a Pokemon and Character Creation) so I would like to reset my progress. Including the yellow Server.

this is sadly not possible but you can start over on a new server or create up-to 4 accounts ( 2 accounts per e-mail ).

There is sadly no option to reset the progress.

Hello Dani1990, that subjects is discussed in this topic. We don't do accounts clearing due to give a lot of work to reset everything.

As an alternative solution, you could start over in a new server or make a new account, thus, letting you choose a new starter. But if you still want that account don't worry, you will be able to capture every starter pokemon and you can change your appearance in the future, and then solving your first issue :)
